Payment Procedures
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of making your booking.
The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
All bookings are provisional until the 50% deposit is received.
If a deposit or balance payment is not received within the required time, our system will delete the booking and you will then be required to make a new booking. Once a deposit is received an updated proforma invoice will be faxed or emailed reflecting your payment.
